This project is a Taiwan Government Public Housing, which is designed for the low-income people. The goal is to create an infrastructure to facilitate the public service and benefit the community. On the site, there are a historical preservation adjacent to the southern part of the boundary. The proposal is to generate an architecture that engages the community and the historical preservation, which provide the platform to encourage the social interaction between the residence and the public; also, the architecture maximizes the landscape vegetation and introducing them into the building that hybridize the architecture and nature.
